ITM Service activities:

• ITM's Service department provides Services and Parts for many different makes and generations of Tobacco equipment
• ITM has two Service Centers, the Service center in Poland, Radom takes care of clients in Eastern Europe, ITM's Main Service Center located in The Netherlands services ITM's clients in the rest of the world.
• The ITM Service Centers can supply parts for ITM as well as other OEM equipment and have a large portfolio of Service activities to ensure the optimum performance of client's equipment during its life time.
• ITM can supply more than 140.000 parts, consisting of bought-out parts and manufactured parts often produced in ITM's own tooling facilties in Poland.
• The introduction of the ITM Webshop in 2009 will make ITM's spare part potential (up to 70.000 parts ex-stock) available to the Tobacco industry by online part information, ordering and status updates.
